This was my first time bringing the vehicle in for servicing, and what pleased me the most was that it was the dealership who initiated the service by calling me. Nice touch! I left my car and was provided a courtesy car as I could not wait for the maintenance due to my work requirements. Again, very happy about that. The real test will come when I decide to stay onsite and then compare the wait time to the projected wait time...

Dear Sir, or Madame,
On March 11, I took delivery of my first brand new car; a 2011 Premium White Pearl CR-Z. To say I was excited on delivery day would be the understatement of the year! Although it has only been a week and a half with the CR-Z, it has surpassed my expectations, and I know that I will continue to discover and appreciate more of its qualities as time goes on. I have always been driving Hondas; the CR-Z will be joining our family's 1996 Accord EX, as well as a 1998 Accord EX Coupe V6, both of which were purchased new and have served us extremely well. Before deciding on the CR-Z, I had the opportunity to visit several dealers of other brands as well as a few of yours. I was extremely well received at one of your competitor's stores, but my visits to the Honda dealers left me quite disappointed. The staff at these establishments, although cordial, did not give me the impression that they wanted me to buy a Honda from them. It was a case of "come back at our convenience" instead of "what can I do for YOU?" Not at all what I had expected. Since I had not yet given up on the CR-Z, I decided to call one of your newest dealers; Honda Vaudreuil to arrange a test drive. Much to my surprise, they invited me to come in immediately for the test drive! When I arrived at 8PM, barely 30 minutes after my call, I was stunned to see them pulling a sparkling clean CR-Z out of the showroom in order for me to drive it, in the middle of January cold, wet, and dirty conditions. I was greeted and treated like a VIP by Eric Lessard, my salesman, as well as by Sales manager Naji El-Mousfi on this first visit as well as the subsequent ones leading up to the actual purchase. Whatever the question or request, they provided impeccable service throughout, in a professional, friendly and engaging manner. We were also introduced to Business Manager Alain Cressaty who showed the exact same qualities in his manner, and presentation. On delivery day, they all showed genuine excitement for me, went through every possible pre-delivery detail with me, and definitely helped make that day very special. I would like Honda Canada to recognize Honda Vaudreuil for its outstanding staff, and excellent customer service bar none. On my part, I wish to personally thank Eric, Naji, and Alain for making my experience as pleasant as it was.
