The Honda CR-V Named Green SUV of the Year by Green Car Journal

The 2020 Honda CR-V has added another prestigious award to its trophy case in November when it was named Green SUV of the Year by American publication Green Car Journal.

The new CR-V has received many significant improvements in 2020 including a brand-new exterior design, a wide range of new technologies and more versions. What hasn’t changed, however, is the 2020 CR-V’s impressive list of characteristics that include a very efficient turbocharged engine that delivers 190 horsepower with an average fuel economy rating of 8.1 litres per 100 kilometres.

"Honda's CR-V is already efficient as a conventionally-powered model and well-established as a driver favorite," said Ron Cogan, editor and publisher of Green Car Journal and GreenCarJournal.com.
